"Knowledge, like air, is vital to life. Like air, no one should be denied it" -Alan Moore
My programs are unlike any other because they aim to educate the reader. Yes, there is strength and mobility specific to the area, but we go further than the "what" and deep into the "why". What did they say about teaching a man to fish? Same applies here. I've treated thousands of people for countless orthopedic conditions and in these documents contain the movements and clinical pearls that helped them understand what they are experiencing and how to navigate it.
I got connected with her (Dr. Bree) after I sustained a knee injury in my last season playing rugby. I had a lot of pain when I was trying to pivot and doing single leg work, so we got connected. Working with Bree was great, I got a lot of stretches to open my hips which helped a lot. We also worked on single leg strength exercises, some that I still use today. We worked together for about 6 weeks; I am still running, lifting, jumping, and walking without pain. My knee is totally back to normal, and I still use what I learned with her to keep me in tip top shape. If you’re thinking about something or if you have something going on with your body that just does not feel quite right, I recommend talking to Bree about it. You’ll definitely learn something, you will come out better for it, and you’ll have a lot of fun. So, I would recommend her services to anyone that needs them!
I started working with Dr. Bree. Right from our first consult, I knew that working with Dr. Bree would be the right decision and I’m so glad I did. I’ve worked with lots of doctors in the past who easily ignore your concerns or quickly skim over areas you want to discuss, or even rush you when you’re trying to explain something to them, but when you’re working with Dr. Bree, you can tell she’s truly listening and actually cares about helping you. Through what we’ve worked on, she’s helped me learn to better listen to my body during marathon training and even helped me find easy ways to incorporate quick and essential exercises and stretches into my daily life, where they don’t feel like a chore to keep up with, or something I want to keep putting off (and then never end up getting around to). I truly believe this has been a major reason behind how I’ve continued to increase my mileage and improve my mile times, while feeling stronger and more capable along the way. Even more, she’ll be your biggest cheerleader for all of the victories along the way, no matter how small they may seem, and for me, that’s the best type of coach you can have in your corner.
HIGHLY recommend working with Dr. Bree, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
