These 12-week programs were created out of my love of personal, professional, and physical growth. It started back in 2021 when I signed up to run the Chicago Marathon with an intention to understand what it takes to run 26.2. I conquered something incredible and while doing so it allowed me the unique ability to treat my clients with a depth of understanding that most do not have. Since moving to San Diego in 2022, I have been able to challenge myself physically more than ever. Combine these experiences with an education in biomechanics and rehabilitation, you get these beautiful programs.
